Oh Hello!

I’m Hilary! A little about me, well shucks, how to tell you who I am in just a few words? Challenge accepted! I am an over-user of exclamation points and an obsessive researcher of projects!! I have worked in many industries, and many different company sizes, and in my most recent role as a Creative Manager, I oversaw a team of Graphic Designers focusing on everything from B2B, B2C, email, and eCommerce design. I am an extremely passionate and excitable person but can be quiet upon first interaction.

I love creating! And creating means just about anything, web, graphic, and campaign design, databases in Airtable, sewing, cooking, and knitting, I just love making things. I have found that the best thing to create is a sense of value, purpose, and camaraderie among my team members. I really enjoy building up and supporting my team as a human, being there for them in the good moments at work, and helping them through the bad moments. I am a firm believer that if your team fails, you are failing them, so make sure they have everything they need to succeed. Listen to understand and not just respond.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors especially camping, hiking, fishing, and snowboarding. In the summertime, my Saturdays are ruled by vintage cars and victory rolls. I am an animal lover and have grown up with dogs, cats, and even a hedgehog. Currently, Nelson and Holley, both lab mixes, are my shadows and follow me around my home office making sure I stay on task, but also remember to get up and move around.
